Proactive Maintenance

In order to keep your PCs or Laptops in tip top working order preventative maintenance such as defragmenting disks, cleared out event logs and temporary files must best performed regularly.

To manage the process manually means logging on the machine, starting the processes and then checking they have run successfully which consumes valuable time incurring unnecessary expense.

Defragmentation -  uses the Operating System’s disk defragmentation utility to defragment the selected drive to maximise disk space and prevent degradation in system performance.

Clear Event Log - deletes all entries in the selected Windows Event Logs to remove obsolete log entries and prevent slow writing to and reading from the event logs.

Clean up - maximises available drive space by removing unwanted temporary files and logs from the workstation including:

User Temp Files                      User Java Cache
User Cookies                          User Flash Cache
User Recent History                 User Terminal Server Cache
User IE History                        System Temp Files
User IE Temp Files                   System Log Files
User Office Recent History        System IIS Log Files
